This Applicant Privacy Notice explains how IT SERVICES & HUMAN JOB TALENT S.R.L. (“Jobbir”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes personal information when individuals (“Candidates”) apply for job opportunities through the Jobbir platform.
Jobbir provides an online applicant tracking system (ATS) that allows employers and recruiters (“Clients”) to publish job postings and manage recruitment processes. When you apply for a job through Jobbir, your information is shared with the employer responsible for that job posting.
In most cases, the employer responsible for the job posting acts as the primary data controller for the recruitment process. Jobbir operates the technical platform that enables the submission and management of applications.
When applying for a job through Jobbir, Candidates may provide personal information such as:
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Important: Candidates should not include highly sensitive personal information in CVs or application materials, such as Social Security Numbers, bank account details, payment card numbers, medical information, or similar sensitive data.

Jobbir does not make hiring decisions and does not evaluate Candidates on behalf of employers.
When you apply for a job, your application data may be shared with:
The employer receiving your application acts as an independent data controller for the recruitment process and is responsible for its own handling and processing of your information.
Employers may download and store CVs and application materials outside the Jobbir platform. Once downloaded, the employer is responsible for the security, retention, and further processing of your information in its own systems, in accordance with its own privacy practices and applicable law.
Some job postings published through Jobbir may also appear on third-party job boards or social platforms (for example Indeed, LinkedIn, Jooble or Careerjet).
If you apply through one of these platforms, that platform may collect and process your personal information according to its own privacy policies and terms. Jobbir and/or the employer may then receive your application data through technical integrations.
Jobbir does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party job boards or social platforms.
Candidate CVs and application data may be stored in Jobbir for the duration of the recruitment process and for as long as necessary to allow employers to review applications.
When candidate data is no longer required for recruitment purposes, CVs and application data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period of time and generally no later than 12 months after the end of the recruitment process, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We implement administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
