5. How We Share Personal Information
We may share personal information with:
5.1 Clients (employers and recruiters)
When you apply for a job through Jobbir, your application data (CV, contact details, answers, messages and any
other information you submit) is shared with the employer or recruiter who posted that job or who has access to
the relevant Jobbir account.
The employer or recruiter receiving your application acts as an independent data controller for the recruitment
process and is responsible for its own use and handling of Candidate information, including any retention,
sharing, or further processing performed outside the Jobbir platform.
Employers may also share candidate information within their organization among authorized users (for example,
HR staff, hiring managers, company directors).
5.2 Service providers
We engage trusted third-party companies to help us operate our business and provide the Services, such as:
hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
email delivery and notification services
analytics and performance monitoring tools
payment processors and billing platforms
customer support and ticketing tools
These providers may only process personal information according to our instructions and for the purposes
described in this Notice. We require them to implement appropriate security measures.

We may share information with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other professional advisers where necessary to
obtain advice or protect our business.
5.4 Legal and governmental authorities
We may disclose personal information when required by law, regulation, court order or governmental request, or
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
comply with a legal obligation,
protect our rights, property or safety, or that of our users or third parties,
prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services.
5.5 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing or similar transaction involving all or
part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take
reasonable steps to ensure that any successor entity respects this Notice or provides a similar level of
protection.
5.6 Applications via third-party platforms
Jobbir may allow Candidates to apply to job postings through third-party job boards and social platforms (for
example, Indeed, LinkedIn, Jooble, Careerjet and similar services). In some cases, job postings created by Clients
may be distributed to these platforms through technical integrations or intermediary recruitment systems. When a
Candidate applies on a third-party platform, that platform may collect and process the Candidate’s information
under its own privacy policy and terms. Depending on the integration, Jobbir and/or the relevant Client may receive
the Candidate’s application data from that third party.
